New methods are suggested for linearizing transfer functions of nonlinear electronic circuits through inclusion of dual nonlinear circuits that involve similar nonlinear, as well as linear elements, binarizing methods are based on using 0f inverse functions. The class ot tunctions allowing application of the methods is determined. A consistent procedure of circuit synthesis has been developed, allowing to consecutively eliminate nonlinear terms in the Taylor expansion of the circuit transfer function. The examples given describe the synthesis of exponential function sets, initially involving nonlinear expansion terms up to fifth order, and the complete self-lineariza- tion of a binomial series. These functions will be used for linearization of the opened and closed p-n junctions.
