The technological modes of synthesis of porous nanostructures based on metal oxides of ZnO–SnO2–SiO2  by sol-gel method using a modifying additive (MA) based on a solution of fullerenols C60(OH)24 are considered . At the stage of solution preparation-sol introduction of MA leads to an increase in the average diameter of micropores on the surface of the layers, fractal dimension of the nanostructure and a decrease in the specific surface of nanomaterials. It was found that all samples are characterized by the presence of a porous structure with a pore size in the range of 86 ... 160 nm, depending on the composition and the presence of a modifying additive.
