Technique of the substantiation of demanded range of detection of object gauges of information system at restrictions on them quantity in the controllable zone

A promising area of development of information systems for automatic detection, recognition and classification of objects is the creation of small, economical and secretly functioning sensor systems. However, the advance installation of these sensors in the controlled area is usually manually, which requires considerable time and effort to unmask the installed sensors.
In this regard, one of the ways to increase the secrecy of the sensor systems is their remote installation. However, in this case, the passage of the object through the zone of action of at least one of the sensors is random and depends on the density of the sensors installation in the controlled area of the terrain. Therefore, the task set in the article to develop a methodology for justifying the required range of object detection by sensors of the information system, subject to restrictions on their quantity in the controlled area, is important and relevant.
In this paper, this problem is formulated in terms of the theory of coincidences of impulse flows by replacing the time independent variable by the spatial one. A transcendental equation has been obtained, which makes it possible to determine the required detection range for an object with limitations on the number of sensors in the information system in the controlled area.
