Relevance search biomarkers of the major organs and systems, reflecting the influence of hypodynamy manifestations pre-clinical is associated with frequent limitation of motor activity when a specific activity is healthy stazhirovannymi profes-sionals, usually men and clinical situations, such as rehabilitation after trauma, others.
520-day isolation within the framework of the program «MARS-500» was chosen as the model of the controlled conditions limiting mobility. For the first time identified some constant components as urine proteome biomarkers changes in major organs and systems of the healthy person within one and a half years of inactivity. Used «panoramic» proteomic technique based on chromato-mass. .. Describes the major proteins of 12, authentically changing during the study. Identifies the key processes that are regulated by signaling pathways involving these proteins. We are the common characteristics of these proteins. Specified condition, which these biomarkers are proteins. Thus first analyzed the possibility of applying qualitative and, potentially, semi-quantitative analysis of proteins-the permanent components of the proteome as a biomarker of evaluating the State of the cardiovascular system, kidneys, muscles, cartilage and bone with prolonged inac-tivity. Justified by the prospect of further research in this area.
