Analyzing the serial production of transceiver modules of APAA in the case of manufacturing with discrete mode of operation

The paper highlights the issues of increasing the efficiency of enterprises focused on the creation of new models of weapons, military and special equipment.
Authors analyze features of modern progressive methods of industrial systems: lean manufacturing management system and quality management system on the example of the experience of production RTM APAA for the pilot production of the development company in the discrete mode of operation.
Statistical studies of the production process of a series of multichannel S range RTM on the pilot production of the development company in the discrete mode of operation were carried out. The results of the study of the advance dynamics of the manufacturing process of RTM to steady full-scale production are presented.
The paper presents the analysis of the value stream in the production of APAA receiver-transmitter modules using value stream mapping as a tool of lean manufacturing. The performance indicator of the flow process is calculated for the pilot production of the development company in the discrete mode of operation using the example of the produced pilot lot of the S range RTM. The dependence between the technical solutions put in the design, and the expected output of suitable products in the series is described on the basis of statistical studies. A technique for predicting an output of suitable products in a serial production of RTM is proposed.
