The influence of the modes of formation of powder nanocomposites electrocontact sintering on their physico-mechanical properties

The influence of technological modes of formation of powder gas – filled composite materials on the basis of the «copper – copper-polymer - carbon nanostructure» obtained by high-speed electrocontact sintering on the wear resistance and physical and mechanical characteristics of metal-polymer nanofilled composites was investigated. Optimum modes of formation of nanocomposites of pressing forces of 9...12 kN and sintering current of 20 kA, which have optimum physico-mechanical and tribotechnical characteristics according to criteria of durability and wear resistance of materials were determined.
