Thermophysical and electrical properties of modified porous alumina nanostructures

The thermophysical and electrical properties of nanostructures made by modification of porous aluminum oxide structures by vacuum deposition of dielectric at maximum filling of pore channels are considered. Technological methods of modification of porous aluminum oxide coatings by vacuum deposition of additional dielectric layers on the surface and pores of the nanostructure of porous aluminum oxide structures are developed and optimized, which ensures maximum filling and closing of the pore channels volume and leads to an increase in their thermal conductivity coefficient and increase in electrical strength.
