The results of measurements of microwave atmospheric emission fluctuations in resonant region of water vapor near 22.235 MHz

The results of processing microwave radiometric measurements of the fluctuations in the radio emission of the atmosphere are pre-sented. The software for digital processing of the radiometer data is developed and the differences in the structural function for the cloudy and cloudless atmosphere are shown.
