The proposed and developed new radio physical principles for diagnosing the state of biostructures allow us to relate the results of experimental and theoretical studies of the interaction of low-intensity IR, THC, EHF emissions and biostructures with the formation of water clusters in their water-containing component. The obtained results contribute to the development of a new direction of biomedical radioelectronics in EHF and THC ranges. It was experimentally found that a thin layer of water double-distillate (from a millimeter to a micron fraction) bounded by surfaces with sharp micro-dimensional inhomogeneities from a conductive, water-insoluble material becomes a direct converter of thermal energy into electrical energy. The discovered phenomenon is based on the processes of cluster formation of chains of water dipoles. The formation of clusters from water dipoles with sharply gradient magnetic fields of microdomain magnetic structures is revealed. A method for diagnosing a bio object for recording its response with microwave radiometers for probing low-intensity radiation of EHF and THC ranges was developed. The interaction of amino acids and microbial colonies in water with low-intensity EHF radiation was established for the first time due to the formation of clusters in an aqueous medium. It is found that the known therapeutic mineral waters contain cluster formations having intervals of natural frequencies, which explains their resonance-wave effect on the body and the treatment of specific diseases. A phenomenological model of a water-containing medium and biotissues is constructed on the basis of their representation in the form of an ensemble of coupled self-oscillating oscillators using the results obtained in the experiments.
