A principally new priority method of micro extraction of endogenous substances from one brain structure has been developed for the subsequent deducing them into another structure of the brain. The same universal capillary is first used to extract endogenous substances from a certain brain structure, and then the same capillary is used to remove the collected substances into another structure of the brain, by increasing the pressure in the capillary when closed cavity located outside is heated by laser beam.
The method makes it possible to study neurochemical mechanisms of the formation of emotionally-motivational and pathological states and to identify specific endogenous substances participating in these processes.
The developed method can be used in neurophysiological, psychophysiological, pharmacological, biochemical studies, in molecular biology.
