Modeling electrical systems with solar panels in SimInTech

The implementation of the mathematical model of the solar battery (BS) of the spacecraft in the software complex SimInTech is considered. Calculations for the mathematical model of the BS with detailing to each photoconverter (FP) have been performed. The results of the calculation of the characteristics of the BS at the operating point are presented, taking into account its shading by the elements of the space vehicle structure. The proposed approach to the calculation and specification of the BS characteristics, as well as the directly developed BS model, can be used to reasonably minimize the design stocks both at the BS level and at the SES level in the design of the SES geostationary spacecrafts for personal satellite communications.
