The main results and the stages of development of the electric heaters of the spacecraft untight performance on the basis of the method of photolithography and etching the resistive layer to create a flexible film heaters of various shapes and sizes, using materials produced by the domestic industry in the framework of the program of import substitution, with reduced mass-dimensional characteristics and high efficiency. The new method can be used to fabricate electric heaters of various designs, shapes and properties: flexible, flat, flexible-planar, three-dimensional forms, with a given level of manufacturability and quality in creating modern and future spacecrafts.
