On the dynamic model for predicting the success of security services to prevent unauthorized access to the protected object

The documents currently available in the field of protection of objects from unauthorized access make it possible to fully identify only the vulnerabilities and shortcomings of the existing state of object protection, and the organization of management of the security service with centralized protection. There is no method for predicting the success of the security service to prevent unauthorized access of the intruder to the protected facility. With centralized protection there is no certainty of the owner of the object in the security structure. Forecasting the success of the security service can be carried out on the basis of the audit of the organization of centralized security points, statistics of the technical service activities, and survey data of protected sites. In addition, expert assessments of the management of the technical service of security organizations are used.
The purpose of the article is to describe common approaches in developing a methodology for predicting the success of the security service in preventing unauthorized access to protected sites. Forecasting the success of the security service will improve the quality and informative interpretation of the results of the activities of the security organization.
On the basis of the developed assessment methodologies for preventing unauthorized access to the protected object, it is possible to create an information support system for decision-making to investigate the activities of the security organization in guiding the guards to protect the objects from unauthorized access, which is an urgent task.
The decision support system created by this technique allows you to predict the state of general security of objects from unauthorized access and solve the following tasks: for each object under given initial conditions, it is possible to predict the success of the security service in preventing unauthorized access to the protected object and preventing possible damage; solve global and local tasks to optimize the functioning of the security organization, both to achieve maximum protection of individual objects, and for all protected facilities in general; optimally form the dislocation of the traffic routes of the security service between the objects, optimize the mode of service; to form the development of a security organization, to plan and prioritize measures to improve the quality of the security organization; to increase the economic efficiency of the organization of security services in the centralized protection of objects in a security organization.
