The tool for studying the processes and developing the strategy and tactics for monitoring the diffuse hybrid CC is its adequate model, built on the basis of a verbal information operator with elements of the theory of robustness, fuzziness and nonlinear dynamics, including algorithms for implementing scenarios for impact on the CS.
