Three-winding transformers can be used as symmetrical devices in the high-frequency range and at lower frequencies. In this paper, an extremely unbalanced scheme of symmetrical transformer is proposed. It is shown that the extremely unbalanced symmetrical transformer must contain three windings. A mathematical model of a three-winding transformer is developed, suitable both for calcu-lating symmetric devices. So the devices of power division.
The analysis of the characteristics of an unreachable transformer in the symmetry mode made it possible to determine the influence of the parameters on the matching of the asymmetric input. This allowed us to formulate the requirements for the windings of the balancing transformer.
