Application of the method of extrapolation for antenna’s factor determination of a «large» receiving ranges of VLF (very low frequency), LF (low frequency) and MF (middle frequency)

The subject of this article is a technique of determination of an antenna’s factor of «large» receiving ranges of VLF, LF and MF. The concept of «large» receiving aerial is introduced. Geometrical dimensions of this antenna much bigger than measuring antenna dimensions. Sometimes it’s impossible to determine antenna’s factor using substitution method because the generator's power con-necting to auxiliary can be isn’t enough for output signal registration. In this case we use an extrapolation method.
