Experience in applying the technology management strategy in the production of transceiver modules of active phased array antenna

Experience of application of strategy of technological management by production of send-receive modules in a technological department of PJSC Radiofizika is presented in article. It is shown that features of the focused target market segment (FTMS) define requirements to equipment of production capacities and management of productions.
Specification of actions of technological management – a new integrated approach is given to management of technological effectiveness of a product. Processes of integration of systems of management by productions / are covered It is shown that technological management in ROC on creation of microwave devices and PPM for AFAR and the system of Lean production management are the complementary, naturally integrated instruments of regulation of relations of production and have the uniform purposes in process of bringing basic designs of products to the serial and suitable level of technological effectiveness: cost cutting of resources, exception of losses and increase in production efficiency.
The new approved organizational documents concerning formation of a production system of PJSC Radiofizika are submitted. We give an example of the organisation of technological management in the structure of PJSC «Radiofizika».
