Analytical and structural decision-making model in the process of finding a sequence of video pulses using the procedure of differentiation of input action

A method of forming a detection threshold of video pulses on the background of the additive fluctuation noise in a priori uncertainty about the value of signal parameters and characteristics of the interference  . The mathematical approach based on the detection of the accumulation differential random process   with subsequent formation of the threshold voltage   used over time as a measure   when compared unipolar emission threshold  . It has been shown that differentiation of the video input action significantly reduces the formation of the threshold error in measuring the intensity   stream of video pulses in the input exposure. The proposed functional and structural organization of video detection device using the method for forming a detection threshold on the basis of detecting the accumulation of differentiated input action under a priori uncertainty of signal characteristics and associated noise.
