The paper presents a procedure for evaluating the detectability of optoelectronic means with due regard for their parameters, operating conditions and also forthe basic performance characteristicsof reconnaissance equipment and its design principles.
The obtained relationships show correlation ofthe reconnaissance equipment’sperformance criteriawithitscharacteristicsas well aswith the parameters of optoelectronic means and meteorological conditions.The foundrelationships make it possible to justify both the concept of optoelectronic information system design and a strategy of information conflict withopposing reconnaissance systems.
