Discrimination of optoelectronic means among decoys based on the analysis of coherent properties of reflected signals

On the basis of the analysis of coherent properties of signals reflected from optoelectronic means and decoys, a method and the associated algorithm have been proposed for discrimination of passive optoelectronic sensorsin the information conflict context with the help of new characteristicsof discriminationthatare present in the»thin» structure of anoptical locationsignal. The proposed algorithm is based on estimation of disparity between the radii of the received field’s image and its spatial coherence.
On the basis of the developed algorithm, design ratios have been worked out that allow determining both the required accuracy of coherent function parameters estimation according to the minimum recognition error criterion and the requirements for spatial resolution of measuring equipment as well as the volume of data being processed.
