This article describes the features of the use of Russian integrated circuits in broadband radio electronic complexes on the example of designing the broadband quadrature channel the reception of microwave signals.
The article shows the main parameters of Russian integrated circuits (ADC, FPGA, demodulators, frequency synthesizers) needed to build the broadband quadrature channel the reception of microwave signals.
It is shown that using of Russian integrated circuits and the classic scheme of construction quadrature channel the reception of mi-crowave signals instantaneous bandwidth signals being processed less than 50 MHz. To substantially expand the processed signal bandwidth provides the use of monobit digital processing technology of microwave signals.
The article describes the structure and signal processing algorithms in a broadband quadrature channel the reception of microwave signals built on of Russian integrated circuits with monobit digital processing technology of microwave signals.
It was found that the instantaneous bandwidth in a broadband quadrature channel the reception of microwave signals implemented in Russian element base with using algorithms monobit processing digital samples of signals can reach 500…700 MHz.
