Increase of the noise immunity of non-binary information channels with high intensity noise

The proposed information channel (IС) model differs from the known models the fact that at the last stage of the coding of the CSF is used, allowing to form the secondary (protective) channel code (SCC), the work code-word which is a binary n bit sequences representing all of the digits of nK K ary corrective primary code channel (PCC) obtained in the previous stages of coding. The feature of the work code sequences of the SCC is that all the discharges follow each other with fixed delays that are multiples of a certain predetermined value Δt of the time interval. Thus, the structural model contains the transmitting and receiving sides, in addition to encoding (ECD) and decoding (DCD) devices PCC, respectively, ECD and DCD SCC. This IC model allows one to implement decoding al-gorithms, providing improved information reliability IC with high intensity noise.
