Space Charge Influence to parametric generation in crossed fields

This work is devoted to the investigation of parametric generation properties of process in crossed fields. Previously, the authors in-vestigated the generation process in the crossed fields at the absence of a constant electric field [2]. This work continues a series of studies devoted to this subject, the main objective was to examine the influence of the space charge fields on the process of parametric generation, the expression for the space charge fields are derived from the one-dimensional Poisson equation with a linearly decreasing charge density relative to the cathode. In the final, we present output characteristics of proposed generation.
