In the paper the original results of new concept of neurocomputers are described. The future of neurocomputers will transform them toward neuro-supercomputers, including, in an attempt to simulate an artificial brain. There can also be several ways here – combining neural network algorithms on the traditional element base, hardware association of specialized neurochips, hybrid biotechnical systems; all at the levels of unification in one device or the combination of a multitude of different devices into a neuronet, etc. Despite the fact that development is rapidly moving in this direction, there are not yet any printed information tools reflecting this situation, although inevitably their appearance will occur in the very near future.
The new rubric “Neuro-super computers” is proposed to introduce in the message for the first time and an analysis of the relevance and necessity of this is given. The possibility of implementing this in the journal as a world priority is discussed.
