The influence of re-growth carbon nanostructure on their emission properties

Questions of the technological processing carbon nanostructure of aqueous-alcoholic solutions of nitrates of metals of the iron group were reviewed. Fixed that crystallites of nitrates formed after processing in this solution before repeated farming on the CNS. There were investigate the influence this solution on structural, morphological and emission properties of layered field emission cathodes. It improves functional properties of field emission cathodes based on CNS and provide reason use this processing technology for produce carbon emitters.
