A integrated approach to the solution of tasks of the analysis and providing thermal characteristics at design of RES

At design of modern radio-electronic means the analysis of thermal characteristics of designs of RES is necessary. Modeling of thermal characteristics and processes of heat exchange is also important for consideration in a complex as at different design stages it is necessary to consider different tasks.
On the basis of problems of modeling it is necessary to develop the techniques realizing an integrated approach.
The complex of the interconnected thermal mathematical models in RES designs is necessary for realization of such approach. In this regard the perspective direction is complex modeling of thermal characteristics, with use of the available software which has to include the considered techniques. The considered approach to creation of process of thermal design of designs of RES allows to add, expand opportunities and to increase efficiency of the existing means of the automated analysis and providing the thermal modes.
Development of the techniques realizing an integrated approach of definition and optimization of thermal characteristics of RES at design allows to accelerate process of development of products considerably.
