In this article is showing the possibility technological of producing basics components of design: connective cross pieces and cylindrical shell, which carry out role of equipment compartment. As a basic technological methods such as: filament winding and as well as vacuum forming with subsequent cure in an autoclave. The main materials is organoplastic mark «Armos» in combination with the resin EDT-10.
Describes typical design machining attachments, as for making basic fragments connective crosses and next subsequent Assembly. This technology is currently being developed under production conditions for manufacturing scale model of power frame and using it the creation for aerostatic dirigibles.
