Intellectually-analytical method of radiating target movement triangulate parameterization involving false measuring channels

Target movement triangulate parameterization problem is drastically complicated by involving of measurement anormal errors (MAE) in direction finder channels, herewith mentioned errors can uprise in various azimuth and elevation channels in unspecified time points. Effort of false channel detection (with following MAE compensation) in the context of classical and non-classical estimation methods leads in practice up to well-known accuracy «smearing» effect, instability of applied computational procedures, necessity for indication of false channel numbers and selection of plenty good enough initial condition for appropriate iterative algorithm «starting». In a number of known papers the effort to solve this problem is based on conception use of «increasing» of target movement ordinary parameter estimations by finite family creation of distinct sets of measuring channels (azimuth and elevation angle). Peculiar alternative measuring configuration (MC), allowing to set up target movement ordinary parameter estimation, corresponds to each such set. Availability of such estimation set makes it possible to hold down uncertainty level to some ex-tent relating to target observing conditions. In known papers the task of target movement resulting parameter estimation creation is not obtained needed argumentation by virtue of the fact that topologic distribution properties (in space of estimated parameters) of ordinary estimations,
appropriate to shaped MC, are not considered. Resulting estimation creation is resolved conceptually into balanced integrating of
ordinary estimations, however, assigned estimations are distributed in space by complex topologic law that does not lend itself to analytic description involving mentioned before MAE in discrete channels (azimuth and elevation angle).
The present paper evolves intellectually-analytical method of radiating target movement triangulate parameterization, based on
Kalman filter theory as well as conceptions of «increasing» and «clusterization» of ordinary estimations, that makes it possible to
detect false measuring channels (not only in azimuth but also in elevation angle) as well as to correct anomalous data with provision for topological singularities of shaping ordinary estimations. Method efficiency is verified by simulation results. Method comparative analysis is given and useful operational recommendations on its implementation are formulated.
