A statistical approach to searching of project solutions stabilized to multivariate factors uncertainty for a guided dynamical system

The article presents a statistical approach to searching of project solutions stabilized to multivariate factors uncertainty for a guided dynamical system, in what the stability of project solutions to the principles of optimality and to a set of uncontrolled factors is defined. According to this approach, the authors confirm that the making decision problems in the form of a nonlinear operator equation as a project making decision problem in mixed conditions of uncertainty reduces to an equivalent problem of functional minimization. The process of finding project solutions stabilized to small changes in uncertainty factors, as well as the parameter collection of a single integral optimal principle for computational schemes is shown. Further, some solutions to the project making decision problems by a method searching for project solutions stabilized to multivariate factors uncertainty of a guided dynamical system are shown by the authors: the project making decision problem represented in the form of an operator equation; the project making decision problem is represented in the form of a linear operator equation. the project making decision problem is described by a nonlinear operator equation. The use of statistical synthesis allows obtaining algorithmic stabilizers in the solution to the project making decision problems stabilized to multivariate factors uncertainty for a guided dynamical system.
