Boundary conditions and surface states spectrum in Weyl semimetal

We propose analytical model describing Fermi-arcs in Weyl semimetal, which were experimentally observed recently. For this purpose, effective two-valley Hamiltonian is supplemented by the boundary condition accounting both intravalley and intervalley interaction on the surface. The constant energy contours of the surface states are studied. It is shown that taking into account the interfacial intervalley interaction leads to the formation of the constant energy contours with Fermi-arcs shape.
