Currently significantly tightened requirements for the completeness and reliability of the registration of telemetry information the ground receiving station. Analysis of the processes of reception and processing of telemetry information has shown that a significant impact on the quality of recording the results of telemetry system has symbol timing. Therefore one of the main directions of development of ground-based telemetry systems is to develop new algorithms for symbol of synchronization, allowing to provide the required completeness and reliability of the functioning of on-board equipment data. One approach solution of this problem is the development of complex multistep processing algorithms group telemetry signal in symbol timing ground receiving and recording station. For that purpose in an article the algorithm clock recovery on the basis of a multi-stage processing strobe symbol timing. The algorithm contains a consistent three-step process of perestroika instants detected of borders the elements of the bit sequence where the first stage used to eliminate false detections and signal skips using heuristic analysis, the second step is performed iterative procedure minimizing of the residual between the detected boundaries of the method of least squares, and the third step involves coordination of fragments detected boundaries sequence the bit with null residuals. The results of the developed simulations algorithm showed that the application of a consistent three-step of perestroika procedures moments detection elements of the bit sequence boundaries and the use of additional statistics may reduce root mean square error decrease by 15 to 20 percent of the synchronization. Thus the proposed algorithm for clock recovery on the basis of a multi-stage processing strobe symbol timing allows, when entering the symbol timing receiving and recording terrestrial stations, increase the completeness and accuracy of registration the results telemeterings.
