Linear transformation of finite-dimensional vector signal into a Kronecker delta

The paper deals with the problem of pulse radar signal compression. The key idea is to introduce causes of autocorrelation function sidelobes generation and to specify criteria of the sidelobes total suppression. A linear transformation of complex envelope as a finite-dimensional vector signal into a Kronecker delta is obtained. The transformation is the procedure of finding vector signal coordinates in proper biorthonormal basis. Advantage of this transformation is that signal spectrum can be non-uniform although the SNR decreases with increasing energy spectrum irregularity.
