Probability model and procedure of dangerous space-time situation’s localization based on statistic methods of emitter’s analyses

Integral estimation of the centered and normalized values of the numerical characteristics doesn’t give a clear visual representation of the extent of the anomaly and ranking the anomalous situations of the source (group of sources) of the emission. The use of the logistic curve to estimate the degree of abnormality extends to the integral model, which allows to identify and localize not only the anomalous spatio-temporal situation in the source dataset, but also to carry out probabilistic performance monitoring of radio emission sources in pseudo-real time scale. Testing of the developed algorithm of probabilistic assessment of anomalous spatio-temporal situations allows in automatic mode to assess the spatial-temporal situation of a particular territory, for the use of radio emission sources and to solve problems identify changes in sources under the influence of any factors.
