Models of energetic characteristics of video signal of the image

The analysis of video signals is the major stage in operation of any intellectual systems. A large number of methods and algorithms of processing are available. But uniform approach for operation with images and video series without difference doesn\'t exist. The universal algorithm for identification of fixed and dynamic objects is absent. It is a restraining factor in development of intellectual analysis systems of the multidimensional information. It is possible to use energetic characteristics and there are no differences between the still image and the video sequence. The form and the sizes of objects are in the first case, and in the second – spatial change of their situation. Models of energetic characteristics are offered. Characteristics are received for systems of machine vision. Three cases are considered. 1. An object is far from an image edge; 2. An object is on the edge; 3. An object is in image center. Analytical expressions for energetic characteristics are received. Characteristics of an object on the image are determined by the received expressions and the measured dependences. The object size, contrast concerning a background, location of an object in the field of the image are determined.
