Dynamical spectrum access in personal cognitive radios

This article concerns problems of dynamical spectrum access. To be examined spectrum analyzer for personal radios intend for looking frequency band, free for second users. It has been shown that receiver with soft-defined radio technology and zero intermediate frequency is the best basis to create fully programmed energy detector without additional hard. Built-in personal SDR radios energy detector has super wide frequency band, parallel and sequence looking type, statistically true noise measurement, parametric or rang non parametric or eigenvalue-based algorithm.
