Interference immunity of synthetic aperture radar with spatial noise compensation subsystem

A variant of the algorithm functioning synthetic aperture radar using monopulse method of selection of moving targets and spatial noise compensation subsystem. With the use of radio engineering and statistical simulation methods investigated interference immunity of the radar in conditions of masking noise interference on the main and side lobes of the pattern of the main channel. To characterize the interference immunity of the radar based on the selection of moving targets is proposed to use the conditional probability of correct detection of the moving or stationary objects. It is found that the maximum noise immunity achieved by operation of a subsystem based on the compensation algorithm adapted limitations on the shape pattern of the sum and difference channels in a given direction. The possibility of combining compensation algorithm based on the correlation matrix of treatment processes at the output of multi-channel receiver system without restrictions upon detection of objects in the total channel algorithm and constraints in the single-pulse direction finding bins detected object. The results can be used to justify a technical configuration synthetic aperture radar with spatial noise compensation subsystem and research on the effectiveness of their operation in the information conflicts with jammers.
