Modified logic element of FPGA type programmable logic integrated circuits for neural network based information and control systems in critical infrastructures

In this paper a modified logic element of FPGA type programmable logic integrated circuits – LUT (Look Up Table), providing the functional control of information control systems for critical infrastructures is examined. The control is performed by using the second, unused on a given set of input variables half of the tree of the transmitting transistors – in that case the main controlled parameter is computations, specified by the configuration of SRAM (Static Random Access Memory) logic functions. The required redundancy may vary from 50% to 80%, which allows obtaining a significant gain in accuracy. Considering the complexity of configuration (SRAM), redundancy is estimated by the LUT interval 17% to 10%. If using the proposed approach for test control, the redundancy is less than 10%.
