Adaptive indistinct management of oil and gas separator of booster pump station

The extracted oil contains admixtures, plast water and gases. To eliminate them the booster pump station (BPS) has been designed. The aim of the BPS is to free oil from gas by means of the oil-gas separator and from water and admixtures by means of reservoirs of preliminary dehydration. The purified oil is pumped to the central station. The oil-gas separator is a horizontally oriented cylinder. The oil from wells goes to the oil-gas separator (object) where it is necessary to regulate the level in order to avoid overflow. The article deals with mathematical description of this object to calculate the dependence «object volume and the level of oil in it”. Transmission functions of input and output in the level function for the lineal section of clearly nonlineal object are dealt with. The adaptive fuzzy level regulator has been engineered where deviation from the specified value is taken as a linguistic variable. The article gives termo-multiple consisting of five terms which are realized with the help of sigmoid functions with neurons. The degrees of affiliation of activated neurons are multiplied with neuron synopsis with feedback. The correction of synopsis is carried out with the help of adaptation algorithm which gives the level regulator adaptive properties toward external disturbances (variable fluidity, gas contamination, etc.). Regulatory effect by the block activation function controls the operation of the pump outflow. The application of the developed level regulator ensures the accuracy of maintaining the level within 3% of the set value.
