The using of the modern equipment for providing of the platelet concentrate safety in institution of blood service

This article illustrates the use of modern equipment for storage safety of the platelet containing concentrate. Basic re-quirements of the platelet containing concentrate device safe storage is completed. The high-tech medical care involves the use of modern technology in hematology, oncology, cardio-surgery and other medicine area, but it is impossible without use of safety, biologically full and clinical effective blood component and preparation. The results of research efficiency of using modern equipment of the platelet containing concentrate safety storage in blood service institution is presented. The requirements of the platelet containing transfusion media is completed. Design concept of the platelet containing transfu-sion media safety storage equipment with use the thermal stabilization system based on semiconductor thermoelectric elements and with use information support for monitoring the storage process. The new approach for the construction of the device for thermal treatment and storage of blood components and products providing safety of the platelet concentrate in the blood service institutions is presented. The estimation of efficiency of use the thermoelectric elements to achieve the necessary accuracy of storage temperature for containing platelets transfusion media is presented. The system of registra-tion of all parameters operation of the device for thermal processing and storage of blood components and products to improve the reliability and reduce the possibility of sudden it fails is completed. Analysis devices operating parameters protocol reveals a repetitive malfunction unstable, and temperature readings discrepancy actual value of the control system.
