The object of study – acousto-optical spectrum analyzers (AOAC). Devices that are used in electronic monitoring and radio monitoring systems and allow for parallel processing of the spectral signals in the microwave range. Because of the syste-matic measurement errors caused by the influence of the frequency-dependent factors, the accuracy of AOAC one - two orders of magnitude worse than the accuracy of digital analyzers. The purpose of work – to offer and consider a way to improve the accuracy of measuring the average frequency spectrum of the signal in the acousto-optical spectrum analyzers with a spatially non-invariant function hardware. Proposed and considered a way to improve the accuracy of measuring the average frequency spectrum of the signal in the acousto-optical spectrum analyzers with a spatially non-invariant function hardware, which are based on the calibration of its frequency response and the frequency scale. Experimentally demonstrated the possibility of improving the accuracy of measurement of the average frequency of the signal spectrum in 5–10 times.
