Radar with synthetic aperture antenna (SAR) is one of the most popular ways of obtaining information in remote sensing of land and water surface, traditionally used in the SAR of centimeter and millimeter radio waves. One of the main disadvantages of such SAR is a practical impossibility of detection and monitoring of hidden objects. The most effective solution to this problem may be the aggregation centimeter (Ku - or X-) and decimeter (UHF-) bands of radio waves. By integrating software and hardware, such as antenna devices, modules of digital receivers, fre-quency synthesizer and clock has been designed on the basis of JSC \"Corporation \"Fazotron-NIIR\" radar Ku-band to create an integrated dual-band (Ku - and UHF-) multifunction radar anterolateral review weight of 35 kg. Offering simultaneous organization of SAR operation by alternately (each step of) the switching frequency bands allows the processing of signals to obtain two radar images, having a common center, it is the same scale and angles of observation, or one combined (dual-band) radar image, which significantly increases the efficiency of data acquisition. The presence of azimuth-difference receiving channels enables the detection of ground moving targets in both frequency bands simultaneously with the formation of radar images.
