Application of the giant peak of magnetic susceptibility in uniaxial ferromagnetics for measuring magnetic relaxation rate

Measurements were made of the giant peaks of high-frequency absorption in uniaxial ferromagnetic film La0.7Sr0.3MnO3. This absorption peak is shown to be due to a sharp increase of the static magnetic susceptibility of the film. Frequency dependence of the imaginary part of the dynamic magnetic susceptibility of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 has been experimentally obtained in the range of 2,0–290 MHz. The magnetic relaxation rate in La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 film has been estimated. A sharp peak of absorption in La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 film has been detected at the direction of external magnetic field perpendicular to the film plane.
