Options physically significant effect reaction forces on the free surface dislocation loops

As applied to the crystals with the hep structure analysis of simulation results of the pair interaction of prismatic dislocation loops and dislocation loops of interaction with the free surface. The simulation was performed on the strict fine structure of internal stress fields produced by dislocation loops on the basis of the developed operational and computational techniques. It is shown that physically meaningful field of free surface effect dislocation loops begin at the approach of the dislocation loop to the free surface at a distance comparable to half of its radius. Analysis of the binary interaction prismatic dislocation loops located in planes coplanar possible to es-tablish specific areas within which the pair interaction is characterized by a stable equilibrium, which under certain conditions can lead to the formation of conglomerations of dislocation loops.
