The algorithms of determination of the foot form in the ac-cording to the image at realization of optical plantografy

The purpose of the work was development of the algorithms and their realization in the form of the program and information complex for diagnostics of the condition of the organic system in according to its image on the exam-ple of definition of the condition of the human foot. The methods of the system analysis, the theory of modeling and artificial intelligence, the provisions of the theory of object-oriented design of the program systems, the theo-ries of design of relational databases and computer linguistics were applied. The main stages of diagnostics of the condition of the organic system and the main approaches to their realization on the example of diagnostics of the condition of the human foot are presented in the work. The way of primary description of the system was defined at the first stage of diagnostics. The characteristics of the system in depending of its chosen of the primary description were revealed at the second stage. The comparison of the characteristics of the system to the images in defining of its state was made at the third stage of diagnostics. The algorithms of the images recognition and the Knowledge Discovery in Databases algorithms (extraction of knowledge from the databases) allowing to arrange parameters of definition of the system condition under specifics of the concrete selection were applied. Primary description of W-system in the form of the matrix of the image points is offered in the work. The set of X-characteristics and the algorithm of their receiving by means of F-display is developed. The description of possible conditions of O¬-system and S-algorithm of display of the set of characteristics from the numerous of the states was developed. The offered model and algorithms are realized in the form of the program and the information complex for diag-nostics of the human foot condition. The complex consists of the component of the management by the streng-thened scanner and receiving pictures of the human foot, the component of receiving and data storage (the pass-port data, the anthropometrical parameters, the received images of the foot, the results of diagnostics), the com-ponent of processing and recognition of the foot image, the component of formation of the individual report in Microsoft Word word-processor by results of the foot diagnostics and the component of formation of the group report on diagnostics of the group of the people in the tabular Microsoft Excel processor. The basis is made by the data storage component about the investigation which exchanges the data with all other components of the complex. The specified component stores data on inspection in the XML-format and the images in the JPG-format that allows to exchange data with other appendices. The dialog boxes for the task of the passport data of the patient and the parameters of inspection are provided. The research of the morphological and functional condition of the foot of 298 students of both sexes of the first course of the Volgograd state academy of the physical culture who are trained on various sports specializations was conducted. The greatest indicator of the longitudinal flat foot (K-coefficient) is noted at the men on specialization «weightlifting», and at girls – on specialization «the throwing of subjects». The smallest K-coefficient is revealed at swimmers of the both sexes. The sports specialization forms the relationship of indicators of anatomic characteristics of the foot which are accurately defined when carrying out the computer plantographic research.
