Influence of static electric field on efficiency of parametric generation in crossed fields

In [1], authors have demonstrated a possibility of the magnetic parametric generation of microwave oscillations in crossed fields without applying a static electric field. This paper shows how the generation in crossed fields will changed, if to apply an additional static electric field of a relatively small value in comparison with a given high-frequency field into a space of interaction. Authors estimate efficiency of this process.
