Method of control of hardware platforms specialized technical systems

The way for managing the complex technical system, where the presence of a human operator of the process conditions is limited or impossible, with intelligent control device option is proposed. The way provides for implementation of the function of redistribution of resources between the parallel computing enabled subsystems and procedures of continuous diagnosis of the condition of the technical system. The algorithm of the organization management system of specialized technical systems based on the proposed way is considered.
