Improving the efficiency of auxiliary workshop electronic cluster at the present stage

In the current economic situation of the enterprise traditional industry in Russia, including electronic profile, forced to do at present import substitution. Acutely this task loomed before developers and manufacturers of domestic electronic component base (ECB) since a year ago in various devices and systems used more than half the ECB foreign production of electronic components, but workshops subsidiary, energy, logistics and sales, transport, waste collection and treatment facilities. A special role in improving the efficiency of auxiliary shops is in energy efficiency, reduction in material costs and the greening of electronic production. This is especially true in the field of development and manufacture of electronic components as in technological processes of manufacturing semiconductor crystals and wafers, chips, integrated circuits and operational amplifiers are used especially hazardous substances, chemical inorganic etchants and degreasing organic solutions. The latter is used in significant quantities. It is usually flammable liquids (FL): benzene, acetone, ethanol, dimethylformamide, isopropyl alcohol, etc. Past technological cycle of flammable liquids in the supporting workshops and focus in the form of liquid wastes are sent for disposal to specialized companies that charge for this significant funding. We propose a new approach to reducing such costs by the separate collection of flammable liquids, as an additive to conventional gasoline in the transport workshop enterprise electronic profile.
