Determination of the spectrum of eigen resonance frequencies and the structure of the electromagnetic field of a rectangular resonator with partial dielectric filling

The solution of the inner boundary electrodynamic problem for rectangular resonator with a rectangular dielectric plate inside. Different types of polarization of the electromagnetic field are considered, and the form of the polarization for which the solution inner boundary electrodynamic problem does not contain hybrid modes is determinated. Dispersion equations for calculating eigenvalues of electrodynamic parameters and structure of the electromagnetic field in the rectangular resonator with double and triple layer dielectric filling for longitudinal polarization type are obtained. Orthonormal functions class for the solution of the excitation of the electromagnetic field in specified electrodynamic system problem is determined. Based on these findings we outlined the most promising ways to improve the uniformity of the electric field in the volume processed in the microwave chamber dielectric material, given its location.
