A set-theoretic model of the educational process management qualifying for labour market requirements to university graduates

A set-theoretic model of innovative management of the educational process qualifying for labour market requirements to university competencies. It is shown that a student is an object of management in a traditional model of the educational process, whereas in an innovative model the students’ competencies are important. The authors distinguish three groups of main components in the concept of \"education\". They are a dynamic one, which is a process (formation, interaction, communication, etc.), a human one (a teacher, a student, parents, teachers of additional education, etc.) and an ideal one (knowledge, skills, the subject of study, competencies, personal characteristics, etc.). The assessment of the formed com-petencies is suggested to perform by using a classical model of Rush, in which the test questions are divided into three components ac-cording to their complexity, nonstandard and practical orientation.
