Transformation of the scattering matrix when shifting the antenna system

The problem of transformation of the scattering matrix when shifting an antenna system has been set in the article. To solve the problem the scattering matrix elements are combined into a set of submatrices, depending on the azimuthal index m. When converting each of the submatrices the universal matrix, independent of the antenna system is used. The formula for calculation of the universal transformation matrix has been obtained. The numerical example has been shown.
